This is where I showcase a curated selection of my most impactful and innovative endeavors. Each project reflects my commitment to excellence, creativity, and problem-solving across various domains. I invite you to explore these case studies to gain insight into my approach and the tangible results achieved.
At PepsiCo, I led the development of a Data & Analytics–driven Net Revenue Management (NRM) platform designed to transform how promotional planning and pricing decisions are made. The goal was to move from manual, fragmented processes to a scalable, data-driven system powered by machine learning.
This platform brings together large-scale data from multiple sources and turns it into actionable insights for revenue optimization.
Automates data onboarding, modeling, and promotional calendar creation
Applies machine learning models to improve pricing strategies and promotional effectiveness
Enables calendar optimization, replacing manual planning with intelligent, data-driven recommendations
Supports better demand forecasting, sales planning, and inventory management
By shifting to a more intelligent and automated system, the platform delivered meaningful business outcomes:
Increased revenue through more effective promotional strategies
Improved profit margins by optimizing pricing and reducing inefficiencies
Higher sales conversion rates driven by better targeting
More efficient inventory planning, reducing overstock and waste
Significant reduction in time spent on manual calendar creation
As Product Lead, I owned the product end-to-end, from data foundations to user-facing capabilities.
Led the development of data ingestion pipelines across multiple products, focusing on automation, scalability, and data accuracy
Facilitated Agile ceremonies with globally distributed teams, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and roadmap alignment
Defined and drove a data-centric product strategy, ensuring machine learning models were supported by high-quality, well-structured data
Continuously evaluated and onboarded new data sources to keep the platform relevant in a rapidly evolving market
This experience reinforced my ability to turn complex data ecosystems into scalable, high-impact products. I learned how to bridge the gap between data engineering, machine learning, and business strategy—ensuring that each layer works together to drive real outcomes.
It also strengthened my ability to lead across functions and geographies, aligning teams around a shared vision while navigating ambiguity. By focusing on automation and data quality from the ground up, I was able to create a foundation that not only improved immediate performance but also enabled long-term scalability and continuous optimization.

Created an innovative and inclusive fast casual restaurant concept with unique mashing technique.
Prepared a product line which is;
Delicious, healthy, convenient yet affordable
Carefully created to cater all dietary needs
Embraces different cultures and cuisines
Sales more than $20K in 10 months
Sold the Concept to Railway Heights Food Hall (CompanyOfNomads)
Sold the Concept to Politan Row Food Hall
French company Sodexo acquired, Xpenditure, the expense management start-up I was working for, and travel app iAlbatros to create a new travel and expense management software. During the merge of two apps, I worked as the web product manager and completed the following aspects:
Analysis of common features in both apps to determine which features to keep, merge or discard
Aligning data fields and information of both databases and merge them in a new platform
Adaptation developments for existing expense features to one common app
Feature and pricing analysis for different memberships
Rydoo launched smoothly in June, 2018
Countries have their own set of rules for tax deductible daily expense when it comes to work related travel. Created the Per Diem module for Xpenditure covering more than 20 country and adding new features to it as the company grew.
Collaborated with Customer Success Team to investigate each country's regulation
Created decision tree for demonstrating rules, determine what features to use
Turned new necessities into features and divided into tasks
Created Per Diem Database to calculate allowances automatically for each country
Collaborated with Sales Team to grow our customer base, understand new expectations
Created user guides and conducted workshops to explain features of the module
Created a decision tree that uses multiple data sources and combines parameters such as expense, customer history and the reason for closure to determine if the customer is worth retaining, and also calculates optimum cost to retain and grow the customer base
Reduced customer attrition by 74% through data-driven loyalty programs and personalized marketing campaigns, driving sustained user engagement growth of 130%, while ewducing the total cost by 55%
Created a SAS program to manage, report and evaluate the performance of the process, presented report to upper management every week
Conducted sales department training about retention and commercial cards to increase success of the project
Created monthly/seasonal campaigns and ran tests around different Hypothesis to boost usage of the product
Awarded as the most valuable employee in 2016
Part of the senior project, a group consisting of two electrical engineers, one computer engineer, two business administration undergrads and myself as an industrial engineering undergrad , formed our own company that developed a vehicle recognition system to automate admission of students at the campus gates
Used quality data to construct confidence intervals for the ability of the device to correctly recognize vehicles
Simulated a model of our device to predict the length of the queues that might occur during peak hours
Awarded of Most Invested Startup Company in Bilkent Stock Market (2015)

Awarded as the best strategy in Vestel Case Inovative (2014)
As a Production Planning Intern at Adopen, I identified a bottleneck in the coating section, where both long and short products were processed on uniform racks in 3,000-ampere capacity coating baths. The existing setup led to suboptimal utilization of bath capacity, especially for shorter pieces. To address this, I designed new rack hangers that allowed short pieces to be hung in pairs, significantly enhancing bath efficiency. This innovation resulted in a 70% increase in production rate within the coating section.
As a member of a TÜBİTAK-recognized project, I co-developed an innovative computer program that enhances productivity by tailoring sleep schedules to individual attention patterns. Through continuous performance assessments, the program accurately identifies whether users are 'night owls' or 'early birds,' and generates optimized sleep patterns, including strategic naps, customized to each user's unique biological profile. This project was honored as the top entry in the TÜBİTAK National High School Project Competition for Computer Science in 2009.
As a Process and Quality Development Intern at the Turkish Engine Center, I spearheaded the creation and deployment of a streamlined document collection and tracking system, enhancing operational efficiency. Through meticulous data analysis, I identified the root causes of process delays and implemented targeted solutions. Utilizing MS Project, I developed a comprehensive scheduling framework to monitor new engine workflows, effectively mitigating potential delays. Additionally, I designed a robust MS Access database to oversee the location and usage history of electronic tools, ensuring optimal resource management.
As a participant in the Young Masters Programme on Sustainable Development, I co-designed an eco-friendly, self-sustaining residence for four occupants, featuring integrated systems for on-site electricity generation and water collection/reuse. This project was selected for presentation at the Global Environmental Youth Convention in Tangshan, China, in 2010.
